All Rounder – Café in Beaconsfield

Location: Beaconsfield, VIC

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time (Flexible hours)

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house / all rounder position at our café in Beaconsfield. 

If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and love coffee and food, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude

- Take orders, process payments, and ensure timely service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas

- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory

- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff for accurate order delivery

- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer queries

Requirements:

- Prior experience in hospitality or a customer service role preferred but not essential

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Ability to handle busy periods with a calm demeanor

- Availability on weekends and holidays (preferred)

- Have barista skills is an advantage
